I have some (okay, many) photos of Japan that I can share leading up to our move there, so I’m going to post a few times up to when we leave. This are just picked out of a very large heap without much rhyme or reason.
Kamakura
Kamakura is a suburb of Yokohama, which itself is a suburb of Tokyo. These two pictures show a suburban neighborhood and a temple yard. Both pictures are taken on the same morning walk to the train station, a few blocks from each other. This is not where we will be living.

Kanazawa
Kanazawa is the hoped-for home once we get the house there fixed up. This picture is of the Higashi Chaya District, or geisha district.

Noto
Noto is a small peninsula where Sarah grew up. These pictures are from that area and around the peninsula.

I can easily understand how I’m going to nuke my available image storage on my web hosting so I’m going to stop there.
